Shipping policy

Rockin Royalty offers Free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Most of our items are stocked in our Texas warehouse and ship within 1-2 business days. Certain items such as blankets could take up to 2 weeks if not in stock. Please contact us at rockinroyaltybaby@yahoo.com if you would like to know the status of your order or if a specific item is in stock.

Our orders ship by USPS or UPS mail depending on the size of the package.  

Lost/Delay Package: In the event that your package delays or is missing due to postal carrier issues, please be advised that we are not held responsible. Kindly allow a waiting period of 20 days before we can initiate a claim for a missing item. While packages typically arrive promptly, adherence to carrier policies necessitates the waiting period. Chargebacks will not be accepted within this timeframe.

Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
Shipping protection is available for all orders placed with Rockin Royalty Baby. The cost of shipping protection is based on the total amount spent at checkout.

2. Coverage:
By purchasing shipping protection, you are ensuring that if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe (as determined by the shipping carrier), we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your order is replaced or credited.

3. Replacement Policy:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will resend an order of equal value, subject to product availability.

4. Out-of-Stock Products:
If the item(s) originally purchased is no longer in stock, we will offer you a credit for the total amount spent on the affected item(s), which can be used for future purchases on Rockin Royalty Baby.

5. Claims Process:
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims should be submitted with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Non-Eligibility:
Shipping protection does not cover any issues arising due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Refunds:
If you do not wish to utilize the shipping protection or if the order has already been delivered in full and in good condition, the shipping protection fee is non-refundable.

8. Responsibility:
Rockin Royalty Baby is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery of your package if shipping protection was not selected at checkout.
